Last updated: 2026-10-04. Tupfino is aimed at children accompanied by parents. We do not collect personal data from children; there are no accounts and no sign-up.

Hosting and delivery of the website

The website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, with data centers in the EU as well). Technically necessary data is processed in the process, e.g. the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser details, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in secure and fast operation). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare; transfers to the USA rely on the safeguards named by Cloudflare (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). Cookies and local storage

Tupfino uses no cookies and no advertising or analytics services from third parties. In the app your browser stores settings locally (e.g. language, light/dark, whether you have read the notice) and your saved pictures. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us; it is technically necessary for the app (section 165(3) TKG 2021).

Usage statistics

At the moment we do not run any usage statistics.

Contact

If you email us we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no retention duties apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (dsb.gv.at). No automated decision-making takes place.
